Chocolate Covered Strawberry Ice Cream Brownie Bars Recipe

Hand-dipped strawberries are a classic Valentine’s Day treat, but you can enjoy Pierre’s Limited Edition Premium Chocolate Covered Strawberry Ice Cream through May. Still, there’s just something so romantic about a deliciously decadent pairing of rich chocolate and strawberries on Valentine’s Day. We couldn’t help but put some thought – and some love – into this easy-to-make Chocolated Covered Strawberry Ice Cream Brownie Bars recipe.

This layered dessert is elegant enough for a dinner party but so simple to make, you might keep a pan of it in your freezer at all times.

Ingredients:

  • Your favorite brownie mix (enough for two 8” square pans or one 9” x 13” pan)
  • 1 1.5 quart container of Pierre’s Premium Chocolate Covered Strawberry Ice Cream
  • Light or nonfat whipped topping
  • Strawberry sundae topping
  • Chocolate syrup

Prepare brownies as directed; let cool. Remove ice cream from freezer for 20 minutes so it’s easier to work with. Spread ice cream on top of the brownie layer until just below the top of the pan and freeze for at least an hour.

Remove pan from freezer and spread a layer of strawberry sundae topping on top of the ice cream. Then, cover with whipped topping. Freeze until it’s time to serve. Cut into squares, plate and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
