Meet Chef Steve … creator of Croppy Road and Holé Molé

The owner and operator of Crop Bistro & Bar located in Cleveland’s historic Ohio City neighborhood and Crop Kitchen in the Uptown University Circle District, Chef Steve is famous for imaginative recipes, inventive desserts and inspired flavor creations. Supplied with sample batches of Pierre’s famous, time-tested ice cream recipe, Steve perfected both flavors in his Crop Bistro test kitchen.

Croppy Road brings together Pierre’s Signature Chocolate Ice Cream with marshmallow cups, almonds and a smokey salted caramel swirl. Holé Molé is a tango of flavors … Pierre’s Signature Cinnamon Ice Cream blended with chili choco chips, chocolate-covered toffee and a molé fudge swirl.
