What we can tell you is that these exciting flavors are part of a new line of chef-inspired delights we’re calling Pierre’s Chef’s Signature Ultimate Ice Cream. Chef’s Signature will highlight Northeast Ohio’s vibrant culinary community, starting with Steve Schimoler, celebrity chef and owner of Crop Kitchen in University Circle’s Uptown and Crop Bistro & Bar in Ohio City.
Steve is known for creating tasty, whimsical cuisine and inventive desserts – and the two Chef’s Signature flavors he has dreamed up for us live up to that reputation. Not only are they made from the finest and freshest ingredients, they are one-of-a-kind, gourmet indulgences.
