Pierre's has been dishing up gourmet ice cream since 1932.

Is Pierre's a national company?
Pierre's products are sold throughout Ohio, western Pennsylvania, and select accounts in Indiana, West Virginia, Kentucky, Michigan and Chicago, Illinois. We even distribute to Aruba!

What is Pierre's most popular flavor?
French Vanilla.

 

What distinguishes "French Vanilla" Ice Cream?
It is a distinctive formula using a touch of pasteurized egg yolks to enhance its rich, creamy taste and texture.

How many flavors of ice cream does Pierre's make? Pierre's has 51 flavors. However, with the combination of ice creams, frozen yogurts, sherbets and sorbets, Pierre’s has well over 235 products/flavors that bear its name.

How does Pierre's come up with new flavors?
We are always open to suggestions! New flavor ideas come from many different places including consumer requests, employee suggestions and new ingredient developments.

How much ice cream is stored in the Pierre's big freezer warehouse?
Our warehouse is over 30,000 square feet and holds the equivalent of 36 million scoops of ice cream!

How cold is it in Pierre's freezer/warehouse?
The warehouse freezer is kept at a constant -25º F. It’s cold in there!

How many servings are there in a container of Pierre’s?
Officially, there are 14 half cup servings in each 1.75 Quart of Pierre’s! However, who can eat just one half cup serving at a time?

Does Pierre's conduct tours of its campus?
We know that visiting our production facility would be a fun experience, but at this time we do not offer public tours.

Does the cookie dough in Pierre's ice creams contain raw eggs?
All of Pierre's cookie dough has been specially formulated without eggs. You still get the great taste of homemade cookie dough...without the eggs!
